Mr. Burkley brings to Burkley & Brandlin expertise in corporate, real estate, succession and estate planning, and probate and trust litigation, with over 46 years experience.

A graduate of the Harvard Law School, in the late 1970’s Mr. Burkley was the managing partner of Barrett, Stearns, Collins, Gleason & Kinney, a pre-eminent real estate firm, which did most of the legal work for the Ernest Hahn Company, a major shopping center developer. Mr. Burkley has written and lectured on estate and succession planning, and has been quoted in a variety of important daily newspapers and magazines across America, including INC. magazine, the Los Angeles Times, and the Los Angeles Business Journal.
